Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests to enhance their experience
• Keep guests informed about wait times and events
• Control seating to ensure smooth service
• Deliver food and drinks to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain hygiene and organization in dining settings
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
• Basic computer skills required for tasks
• Manual dexterity needed for service equipment
