As an Assistant Manager, your leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating daily operations and enhancing guest experiences. This role combines your effective communication and time management skills to coach your team and uphold service excellence in a bustling restaurant setting. Your impact will be felt in key areas such as the Kitchen, Gameroom, or Showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make strategic decisions on team and service standards
• Mentor and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
• Ensure a safe, clean service environment for guests
• Manage financials and inventory control processes
• Oversee operations in various areas including Sales and Kitchen
Requirements:
• Must be available for 40 hours a week
• High-school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of management experience preferred
• Minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol as per local law
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds during shifts
