Your role involves prompt service and menu expertise.
As a Server at Cineplex, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for patrons. Engage customers with friendly service, take accurate orders, and be a knowledgeable resource on menu items and daily specials. Your duties also include maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and adhering to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately take and communicate guest orders to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages courteously and professionally
• Clean and reset tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas
• Process payments and present checks to guests
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or GED
• Previous restaurant experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure effectively
• Licensed for responsible alcohol service
