At Cogir Senior Living, The Heartland is hiring a dedicated Casual Server to assist with meal service in our vibrant dining room. You’ll serve meals to residents, maintain dining etiquette, and support a clean atmosphere. Each shift presents an opportunity to connect with residents while fulfilling vital responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals courteously to residents and guests

• Set and clear dining tables as needed

• Help clean dishware after dining services

• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining spaces

• Participate actively in events and theme days

Requirements:

• Food service experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills required

• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand regularly

• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Position Screening

• Second language proficiency is an asset
