Lead Event Food Beverage Supervisor

In this supervisory role at the Saddledome and McMahon Stadium, you'll drive the service excellence of food and beverage teams. Your hands-on leadership will prepare teams for busy events, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. You should enjoy engaging with guests and problem-solving on the go.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pre-event setup for optimal service
• Oversee closing procedures after event completion
• Direct service flow and adjust team roles as necessary
• Educate and train staff on service excellence
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Hold current Pro Serve and Alberta Food Safety certifications
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
• Initiative to solve problems creatively
• Capable of maintaining focus in fast-paced settings
