Pay: $20-$25/hourly on average total ($15/hour base wage plus an equitable share of tips, split between front of house and kitchen team by hours worked)

We opened our first location in Vancouver in 2021 and have grown to seven locations across BC, Ontario, and Alberta, with five more on the way in Oakridge, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Vancouver Island. The Role
As a Server/Host, you’re the heartbeat of Hello Nori. From the moment our guests walk through the door, you craft each moment with care, attention, and a genuine smile. You’re part of a team that works together to deliver a memorable dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more – more meaningful connections, unique drinks, and of course, more of our perfect hand rolls.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures
- Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management
- Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, making sure every guest leaves happy

What You'll Need
- A genuine passion for great service and hospitality
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset
- Valid responsible liquor sales and service certificate - Pro Serve (AB)
- Availability to work during hours of operation, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
