The High Limit Gaming Room Server role at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino challenges you to deliver personalized food and beverage service to VIP clientele. A minimum of two years' serving experience is required, with a focus on cultural respect and service finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with VIP guests, offering tailored food and beverage recommendations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and service protocols
• Ensure timely delivery and presentation of all food orders
• Keep the High Limit areas clean and organized at all times
• Handle guest transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
• Two years' experience in a premium environment preferred
• Valid Alberta Pro Serve certification required
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is beneficial
• Knowledge of Asian dining customs is an asset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
