Kitchen Support - Part Time

Our massive, state-of-the-art facility features two multi-level racetracks, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, mini golf, a full-service restaurant and bar, and more exciting attractions. Prepare and cook recipes following portion and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift

Support dishwashing duties when needed

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Work night shifts as needed (up to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays)

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed

Team player with a positive attitude

At least 1 year cooking experience (preferred).

Experience working more than one station at a time (preferred).

Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and ensure coworkers are supported in difficult and stressful situations.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and can lift up to 50lbs.
