Scotia Place seeks an Assistant Manager for their signature wood-fired restaurant. In this full-time position, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, from service standards to employee training. Your leadership will enhance the guest experience during events and regular service while collaborating closely with culinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations and service quality

• Lead and train front-of-house team members

• Oversee dining room operations and guest flow

• Collaborate with Culinary leadership on service execution

• Respond to guest feedback and improve service

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience

• Supervisory experience in upscale dining or hospitality

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid Alberta Food Safety and Pro Serve Certifications
