Lead Food & Beverage operations at Fairmont Banff Springs, where senior leadership, guest satisfaction, and revenue forecasting shape distinctive dining experiences.
As Assistant Director, Food & Beverage, you will lead ten outlet managers and support thirty assistant managers. You will work with banquet teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The position combines recruitment, outlet operations, promotions, forecasting, supplier relationships, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead ten outlet managers and thirty assistant management supports
- Oversee seasonal outlet openings and closings
- Forecast revenue and analyze business trends
- Develop promotional events and revenue-driving initiatives
- Negotiate supplier pricing and maintain strong relationships
- Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage
- Microsoft Windows application proficiency
- Related university or college degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand and work with AI
