The Starbucks Manager leads daily service while maintaining Starbucks and Pursuit standards. This position combines colleague development, operational planning, financial oversight, and administrative accountability. You will guide beverage quality, service flow, scheduling, inventory, and compliance while developing supervisors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues
Maintain beverage, food, cleanliness, and service standards
Prepare schedules and monitor labour targets
Oversee inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting
Requirements:
Management experience in high-volume café or Food & Beverage operations
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls
Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring visible leadership, Starbucks standards, sound judgment, and colleague development skills to Pursuit’s Banff Gondola operation.
