Compensation: $60,000 – $125,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

We’re seeking a motivated Hybrid Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll connect with residential and commercial clients in person, over the phone, and at community events. You’ll educate customers on the benefits of solar and electrical solutions, helping them find the best fit for their needs while driving company growth.

• Generate and manage residential and commercial sales leads
• Engage with customers through calls, meetings, and local events
• Clearly explain solar and electrical products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales progress
• Mentor and support team members as needed

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience (retail or direct sales)
• Experience in solar, electrical, or construction industries preferred
• Bonus:

• High school diploma required
