Location: Greater Calgary Area

Earning Potential (Full-Time): $75,000–$85,000/year
Compensation: Weekly base pay + performance bonuses + company-wide profit share
Schedule: Flexible (no weekends)

As a Home Improvement Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners across Calgary to assess their needs and recommend personalized solutions.
This is a face-to-face role (not remote).
You’ll receive paid training, a weekly base income, and the ability to earn bonuses and profit share based on performance.
Complete in-home assessments with homeowners
Explain common home wellness concerns in a clear, helpful way
Present customized solutions and product recommendations
Provide estimates and assist with ordering and coordination
Follow up with clients to ensure a great customer experience
Represent IH2O professionally and positively
Weekly base pay (not commission-only)

Paid in-house training (no experience required)
Flexible scheduling with no weekends

Must live in or near Calgary, Alberta Canada
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Reliable personal vehicle for client visits
Available for a mix of daytime and evening appointments
Comfortable speaking with customers in person
