Follow-up on all marketing lead-generating programs, including mailings, email campaigns, webinars, website inquiries, and other initiatives
Nurture, qualify, engage, and report on leads through telephone and email communications
Identify qualified leads/opportunities and provide a list to the Sales team
Source or create targeted lists that fit our customer profile and contact them through various channels, such as social media and creative data analysis.
Work on customer initiatives to generate interest in new products.
Analyse existing product usage reports and initiate calling campaigns to increase customer awareness.
Log communications, phone calls, and conversations into our CRM system.
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Professional individual with superior phone skills and a dynamic personality.
Ability to use Excel, databases, and social media to find leads.
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
1-3 years of Telephone sales/Telemarketing experience.
High call volume/email volume experience is a plus.
Highly motivated, high energy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent client service skills.
Salary/Rate Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
