Area Sales Manager – Calgary, Alberta (Remote) Summary
Aeroseal Canada is looking for an Area Sales Manager, as an individual contributor, who will assist us in our mission by driving Aeroseal’s product adoption with home builders in the residential construction market in an assigned area/territory. This involves building and maintaining relationships with builders and energy advisors using sales and marketing skills to promote Aeroseal products. A successful candidate will be a driven self-starter, with a hunter mentality, confident in engaging in technical conversations, and capable of building strong relationships with customers and influencers to grow and maintain the sales pipeline.

Understanding of business principles and sales strategies. - Product Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Aeroseal products and their benefits. - Education & Experience:
College degree preferred (sales, marketing, business). 7++ years sales experience a plus. - Location:
Candidate must reside in the sales territory. - Travel:
Ability to travel within a defined territory.
- Drive Market Adoption:
Drive adoption of Aeroseal’s Aero Barrier Envelope Sealing (Aero Barrier) and Aeroseal Duct Sealing at residential new construction builders. - Sales Process:
Understand and apply the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing. - Customer Relationship Management:
Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Sales and Marketing:
Promote Aeroseal products, services, and technologies. - Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze market information to inform sales strategies and product offerings. - Technical Expertise:
Be knowledgeable about Aeroseal products, their benefits, and competitive offerings. - Problem Solving:
Address customer issues and concerns, and develop solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Communication:
Effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
The estimated pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. There is a separate commission plan for variable pay. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
