Brad Remington Homes is seeking a New Condo Sales Associate to join our Sales Team in South West Calgary. This part-time non-commissioned role is ideal for an individual looking to start or grow a career in new home sales. It’s a great opportunity for someone re-entering the workforce, or entering the industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends, with a typical shift running from 11:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, and hands-on experience with a respected home builder.
Pay: 23-25/hr
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and communicate confidently with prospecting customers
- Present the product and features
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain customer databases and assist with the sales process
- Assist purchasers with colour and material selections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers
- Strong interpersonal organizational and social skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedulesi
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, not required
- Team player
- Stable
