Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedureManage incoming call queues and maintain low wait timesAnswer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customersOptimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needsQuickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactionsMake outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviewsAdapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers prioritiesThe value you bring
Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License; must obtain Level 2 License after employment, employer paid and supported.2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, previous Insurance or Call Centre experience an assetExcellent phone etiquette and professional experience building rapport with customersAdept in retrieving customer data efficientlyHours:
Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week
