dynamic Account Executive based in Calgary, to
join our growing team and represent both Altis Recruitment and Altis Technology. If you have
3+ years of experience in the staffing industry and a knack for building lasting relationships across IT and Non-IT markets, this is your chance to take your career to the next level!
Key Responsibilities:Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
Actively engaging with clients and responsible for expanding our presence in the Western Canada marketplace across both IT and non-IT staffing verticals, with a strong focus on expanding business across the private sector.Identifying new clients and business opportunities to pursue.Listening and drawing out the concerns and problems of clients to identify staffing solutions.Calling into former clients to assess current business needs.Utilizing Linked In to identify prospects and set up meetings.Preparing and delivering presentations on staffing services.Preparing and reporting on goals, sales, and prospects.Participating in virtual and in-person networking events and conferences on behalf of the company.Negotiating and closing deals; handling complaints or objections.Pursuing Vendor Agreements and staying on top of renewal dates.Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support.Ensuring we don’t miss opportunities for new business with existing accounts.Mushrooming existing users to generate new business and grow sales.Cross-selling to identify opportunities for other divisions.Marketing strong candidate resources based on client needs.Resolving any issues that come up throughout the placement process.Conducting after placement service calls and visits with both candidates and clients.Visiting top users on a quarterly basis.Adhering to our high level of service standards and delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceMust have:
3+ years of direct experience within the staffing industryPassion for business development; creating and fostering new client relationshipsYou are a driven professional who is self-motivated for achieving and exceeding individual and team goalsFocused on driving client/candidate success and delivering the ultimate customer experienceExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlinesNatural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experienceExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentComfortable working from a remote setting with frequent in-person and virtual client meetingsTechnical aptitude in the use of business softwareEducation and CertificationsMinimum education required:
University Degree or College Diploma
