What You’ll Do:

Deliver a world-class sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Build trust and rapport with every client to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle and options
Stay current on vehicle features, financing options, and competitive offerings
Respond to all leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with the sales and business office teams to exceed customer expectations

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of automotive or retail sales experience (automotive preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and organized — confident using MS Office, Outlook, and PBS
A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
