Sales Consultant

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Village Honda dealership.

Responsibilities

Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions

Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.

Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers

Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection

Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions

Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner

Engage customers through our online chat tool

Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately

Perform walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles

Work with management team on opportunities and sales objectives

Requirements

Clean driver’s abstract and AB driver’s license

Customer service experience

Compensation

Guaranteed salary of $50,000 a year with the potential to earn much more.
