About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Vision Pharma – Sales Consultant will be focused on presenting, promoting, and selling Clarion’s Vision Pharma portfolio. Beyond sales, you’ll play a critical role in providing clinical support to customers, ensuring successful outcomes with our products.

The successful applicant will:

Plan and execute sales activities including customer visits, prospecting, events, trainings, and territory strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory.

Conduct customer training sessions (clinical, peer-to-peer, staff sales training, practice building).

Represent Clarion at industry trade shows and professional events.

Manage administrative tasks including reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Collaborate with colleagues across the sales region to deliver on shared objectives.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required

2–5 years of successful medical/pharma sales experience.

Previous pharmaceutical or vision-related product sales experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong sales and relationship development skills in competitive environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Proven ability to manage territory expenses, samples, and consignments responsibly.

Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen to help customers grow revenue.

Ability to coach, train, and support customers and peers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive, energetic attitude and professional presence.

Technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
