What you will be doing:
Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right outdoor solutions
Build accurate proposals with clear scopes, pricing, and timelines
Manage your pipeline from first meeting to signed contract
Confidently ask for the sale and move deals forward
Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure clean handoffs
Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
Represent your employer with integrity, professionalism, and pride
What you must have:
Proven sales experience (construction, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable closing deals and handling objections
Organized, reliable, and disciplined with follow-up
Team player who understands sales doesn’t end at the contract
Coachable and open to feedback
