Outside Sales Account Manager

This is a full-time, position for a Outside Technical Sales Representative located in Calgary, AB. The position involves engaging with and supporting clients by addressing their technical needs, providing customized solutions, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical training, managing sales processes, and building long-term client relationships. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions.

• Prior experience in Technical Sales and Sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build robust customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in delivering Training and educating clients on technical product functionalities
• Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and working towards achieving goals effectively
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Technical knowledge of Fire & Gas Detection, Hazardous Location LED Lighting, annunciation systems, or related fields is a plus
• Experience in industries such as oil & gas, water treatment, or commercial lighting is advantageous
