About the roleWe are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. In this role you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants.

The number of deals sold from your appointments
The total installed kW volume of those deals
Tier Breakdown (Based on Deals Sold Per Week)The more installs you generate, the higher your kW commission rate increases.
Your total weekly pay = (Total Installed kW x Tier Commission Rate)
High performers in Tier 4 earn the highest kW rates and can generate significant weekly income.
Averages:- $3,000–$5,000/week is very attainable
- Top performers regularly exceed this based on kW volume and Tier 4 production
To ensure you ramp up successfully, we offer a training incentive during your first month:
- $30 per pitched appointment
- PLUS full kW commission on installed deals
This allows you to earn immediately while learning the territories, scripts, and qualification process.
After 30 days, you transition fully to the tiered commission structure outlined above.
What you'll do- Canvass assigned territories to generate leads and set appointments.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
- Record and report daily activities, leads, and appointment details.
- Represent the company professionally and adhere to company standards and ethics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone.
- Proven experience in inside sales or appointment generation is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with direct, face-to-face interaction with homeowners.
- Self-driven with a positive, outgoing attitude.
