As a key player in the Sales Department, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, you will identify, develop, and secure new business within your assigned market. This position requires a results-driven professional adept in strategic planning and collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Develop annual sales plans with financial targets
• Strengthen client relationships for market expansion
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a similar sales management role
• Demonstrated relationship-building capabilities
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM/event systems
• Commitment to attention to detail and quality
