As the A&D Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in engaging architects, designers, and builders while managing the sales cycle. This position entails identifying new opportunities, executing strategic plans, and supporting product promotion, ensuring adherence to Caesarstone's high standards and objectives in the design market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain key influencer relationships in A&D
• Identify sales opportunities across multiple sectors
• Conduct engaging presentations and product knowledge sessions
• Serve as the primary contact for designated accounts
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of proven sales success in B2B
• In-depth understanding of design concepts and trends
• Strong communication skills for presentations
• Travel flexibility for client meetings and events
