Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative duties to support the Area Manager

• Collaborate on community sales generation strategies

• Manage processes from client purchase to possession

• Produce weekly sales reports for review

• Engage in regular training sessions and sales meetings

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a sales-oriented position

• Experience in New Home Sales as a plus

• Commitment to excellent customer satisfaction

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Availability for evening and weekend work
