Our client is a fast‑paced, high‑growth Property Management Software company based in Calgary looking to add two driven Account Executives to their expanding sales team. This is a high‑volume, high‑reward sales environment built for professionals who thrive on momentum, own their pipeline, and aren’t afraid to close. If you’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to operate like the CEO of your own book of business - this role was built for you.

Compensation
  • On Target Earnings:
    Up to $150,000 or more

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through a blend of inbound lead management and targeted outbound prospecting
  • Manage a high volume of tasks, follow‑ups, and communications with precision and urgency
  • Support new clients through their first month post‑close to ensure a strong customer experience and drive long‑term value
  • Cultivate a referral network by building genuine relationships with closed accounts and active leads
  • Proactively re‑engage past leads to identify current opportunities as their needs evolve
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of sales experience, with a strong track record as an Account Executive
  • Proven ability to perform in a high‑activity, high‑volume sales environment
  • Sophisticated, polished communication skills with a professional presence
  • An entrepreneurial drive - you take ownership, stay self‑motivated, and push for results
  • A genuine desire to grow - this role offers a clear path into senior and leadership positions
