The successful candidate will be a part of the Channel Sales team, steering direct sales strategies and forging strong relationships with builders and developers. You will oversee account profitability while executing strategic business plans to hit sales targets. This position requires substantial travel within the assigned territory to ensure contract compliance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales strategies for direct and distributor channels
• Manage account P&Ls, sales margins, and profits
• Develop and implement joint business plans with clients
• Identify high-volume builders and contractors for business growth
• Oversee negotiation and preparation of sales contracts
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• 4+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding of the builder marketplace and financials
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
