Enhance brand experiences as an Account Manager with Staples Promotional Products. Lead client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in the promotional products industry.
In this role, you will manage sales activities for enterprise and mid-market clients, coordinating order processes and collaborating with internal teams. Your problem-solving and negotiation skill set will be vital from the initial opportunity through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for customer accounts
• Oversee the sales process from quoting to delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on key accounts
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer commitments
• Present new product offerings to existing customers
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales or account management
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience in promotional products preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
