As part of the team at the Dorian and associated hotels, your role will revolve around maximizing business opportunities through proactive sales and account management. You’ll maintain key relationships, deliver outstanding service, and meet sales goals effectively. Additionally, you will assess market trends and employ digital systems to boost performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Sustain and develop existing business accounts
• Coordinate all event details and logistics
• Forecast revenue accurately based on market insights
• Engage at industry events to drive hotel visibility
Requirements:
• At least two years in hotel sales roles
• Degree in Hospitality or related disciplines!
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to succeed under pressure
• Willingness to work evening or weekend events
