Business Development Manager - Truckload & Bulk

Tri-Line Carriers is on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding its bulk and truckload market presence. The successful candidate will leverage 5-7 years of sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This senior role will also involve regular interactions with the Vice President of Sales and collaboration on proposals and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new sales and manage existing accounts
• Maintain a sales pipeline with accurate analytics
• Conduct business reviews and assess project progress
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and client proposals
• Document sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
• 5-7 years’ experience in sales within the bulk sector
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related qualifications preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%
