In this new role, you'll partner with the Managing Director to design sales initiatives that align with WFG's regional goals. You will also provide training and solutions for advisors and play a critical role in expanding your territory through effective networking. Your commitment to maintaining high sales conduct will be essential in fostering relationships within the advisor community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on annual sales strategies with leadership
• Deliver customized training programs for Life products
• Actively manage advisor relationships and interactions
• Utilize Salesforce for documenting sales activities
• Engage and participate in key WFG events and seminars
Requirements:
• University degree or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years in Individual Insurance industry
• Strong focus on the universal life market
• Proven skill in relationship development with advisors
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
