Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

As an Oncology Sales Representative, you will build meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals and support access to cutting‑edge cancer treatments across your territory. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and identify opportunities to improve care delivery.
  • Support the adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (medical, market access, etc.) to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Contribute to territory planning and execution of business strategies.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Learning agility and interest in developing expertise in oncology.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond.
  • Language requirement:
    English.
Preferred
  • Experience in hospital or specialty sales.
  • Exposure to oncology or complex therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with the Alberta healthcare system.
  • Strong data acumen to analyze clinical and business data.
  • Strong learning agility.
  • Someone with a business and entrepreneurial mindset.
