What You’ll Be Doing
Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive, solutions‑focused supportPrepare quotes, process orders, and manage inquiries with accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillmentMaintain product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward the right solutionsIdentify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfactionWhat Are We Looking For

This role is based in an office setting, working closely with internal teams and customers. It involves frequent communication by phone, email, and digital platforms, with occasional visits to yard or production areas as needed.
