Eastside Dodge is looking for two motivated sales consultants to enhance the sales team. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be eager to understand client needs. The role entails engaging with customers, presenting vehicles, and finalizing sales in a professional manner, all while being supported by a great workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the showroom and outdoor area

• Understand and assess customer preferences and needs

• Work with sales managers to select suitable vehicles

• Present vehicle features effectively and offer test drives

• Close vehicle deals with exemplary service

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferable

• Strong negotiation and closing skills required

• Excellent customer service capabilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean record

• Computer skills, particularly in MS Office
