Area Representative

Position: Area Representative for SMART Technologies

The Area Representative at SMART Technologies plays a pivotal role in executing the channel and territory sales strategy. Reporting to an Area Representative Team Lead, this position involves managing leads, improving partner engagement, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the sales process. You’ll connect with channel partners, Area Managers, and internal teams to expand market reach across K–12, higher education, government, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update Salesforce opportunities with pricing and details

• Follow up on leads from channel partners

• Manage lead qualification and conversion processes

• Conduct remote demos for educational and corporate clients

• Onboard new resellers in assigned territories

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience

• Knowledge of SMART products and processes

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proactive and energetic team player
