As a Business Development Lead focused on the West region, you will enhance TWD’s Strategic Clients portfolio, ensuring alignment with Alberta sales targets.
Your role encompasses identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships while collaborating closely with teams on proposals and market strategies. You will represent TWD at industry events and maintain a strong client presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen client relationships for growth
• Identify and pursue new business in existing markets
• Lead proposal submissions and opportunity capture planning
• Collaborate with teams to align client needs with capabilities
• Represent TWD at industry conferences and events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant business development experience
• Proven client relationship and growth skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with proposal and pursuit efforts in engineering
