Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly professional Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our world-class luxury automotive dealership representing some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, including Lamborghini, Rolls‑Royce, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, and INEOS.
This is not a traditional automotive management role. We are looking for a leader who understands that our clients expect a hospitality experience comparable to the “Ritz‑Carlton” standard — where professionalism, attention to detail, discretion, and personalized service are paramount.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre‑owned sales department while delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the exclusivity and prestige of our brands.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pre‑owned sales department with a focus on performance, professionalism, and client satisfaction
- Source, appraise, acquire, and manage inventory of luxury, exotic, and specialty vehicles
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a premium hospitality‑driven experience
- Develop and mentor a high‑performing sales team focused on relationship‑building and long‑term client retention
- Work closely with executive management to establish inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, vehicle valuations, and exotic vehicle demand
- Oversee deal structure, profitability, and compliance while maintaining transparency and integrity
- Build relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, collectors, brokers, and industry partners
- Ensure showroom presentation and vehicle merchandising meet ultra‑luxury standards
- Manage online listings, digital merchandising, and lead response processes
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and white‑glove customer service
- Previous automotive sales management experience required; luxury or exotic automotive experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong understanding of pre‑owned inventory acquisition and appraisal processes
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an ultra‑luxury environment
- Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with discerning clientele
- Strong organizational and operational management abilities
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Experience with dealership management systems and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
