Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by developing new and underpenetrated client relationships, while expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client engagement, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and the development and delivery of proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain a strong client focus, supported by deep treasury industry expertise, an understanding of evolving technologies and innovation, sector knowledge, and a broad understanding of the bank’s structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and mobilize business partners, supported by solid financial acumen.
  • Exhibit a results‑driven mindset, with a consistent track record of achieving goals and a willingness to challenge and continuously develop oneself.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
  • Broad and deep treasury / cash management industry experience, including global product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Seeking motivated team players who value collaboration, celebrating shared success and who actively seek and appreciate diverse thoughts and backgrounds.
