As a Commercial Solutions Manager, you'll report to the Sr. Manager of Petroleum Sales, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer partnerships in the commercial market. You will oversee the sale of approximately 10 million liters of petroleum fuel annually, ensuring profitability and account engagement. Regularly analyze market trends and customer needs to drive growth and provide strategic support to key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute profitable sales of petroleum to commercial customers
• Negotiate pricing and maintain existing customer contacts
• Provide high-level support through customer calls and visits
• Grow wallet share by introducing additional products and services
• Offer training to agents regarding sales strategies
Requirements:
• University degree in business
• 3-5 years in the petroleum industry
• 2-4 years in direct sales or account management
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and multi-year agreements
• Valid Class 5 license for travel
Drive impactful sales initiatives and enhance customer relationships with UFA in this vital role.
