Calgary Automotive Sales BDC Position

Become an integral part of Stampede Toyota's success as a Sales BDC in Calgary. Focus on managing customer interactions and driving showroom traffic effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments to assist the Sales Team at Stampede Toyota. Your ability to provide a customer-first experience will contribute to building lasting relationships and enhancing sales conversions. You will coordinate with Product Advisors to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects

• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries

• Schedule appointments for potential customers

• Gather insights on customer vehicle preferences

• Maintain customer data in the CRM system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preferred experience in retail or customer service

• Comfort with computers and Windows software

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
