Job Description Our client is a global leader in artificial lift technologies and services, providing innovative solutions that help energy producers maximize production, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs. They are seeking a Sales Representative based in Calgary to drive market share growth and revenue across Canada. This individual will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a portfolio of automation solutions, beam pumping units, and related services.###

* Drive long-term profitable growth and expand market share throughout Canada
* Serve as the primary sales representative for the company's Beam Pumping Unit (BPU), BPU service, and automation product lines
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical expertise, responsiveness, and exceptional service
* Identify customer needs and align solutions to maximize value and operational performance
* Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive activity
* Develop and execute product line sales strategies to support revenue growth objectives
* Prepare and submit proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs
* Generate quotations while effectively communicating the value proposition of products and services
* Participate in bidding strategies for key opportunities and major customer accounts
* Collaborate closely with operations and internal sales teams to secure new business and expand existing accounts
* Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information within Salesforce### Requirements
* Strong technical understanding of beam pumping units (pump jacks), artificial lift systems, automation solutions, or production equipment services
* Proven sales, business development, or account management experience within the energy industry
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Experience using Salesforce CRM
* SROD experience is considered an asset
* Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship restrictions
* Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout Canada, including remote customer locations
