The Senior Sales Estimator will lead the charge in building business in Calgary. You will develop a sales plan, cultivate relationships with industry professionals, and manage competitive estimating. Your focus will be on gaining access to projects before they hit the market while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for Calgary
• Cultivate relationships with contractors, developers, and architects
• Identify project opportunities pre-tender for business growth
• Represent Durabuilt at trade events and networking functions
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction estimating
• Diploma in Construction/Civil Technology or similar
• Strong background in commercial glazing projects
• Established connections within Calgary's construction market
• Ability to work independently and present confidently
