Equitable Bank seeks a driven individual to foster mortgage origination volume with broker networks. The Business Development Manager will contribute to enhancing broker relationships and meeting service commitments. Responsibilities include prospecting for new partnerships and enhancing existing ties to achieve origination targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop mortgage origination volume from assigned brokers
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for brokers
• Maintain and track a prospects list to boost relationships
• Assist brokers with deal inquiries and submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite deal closures
Requirements:
• Two years of mortgage underwriting or credit experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
