Client Advisor - Chinook

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering personalized service to build lasting relationships. You will drive sales by identifying client needs, cultivating repeat business, and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets. The role focuses on elevating the in-store experience through hospitality, styling, and the Tiffany touch.

• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to create memorable in-store moments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and grow business through clienteling and outreach.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving business through key product pillars.
• Conduct client appointments, convert through curiosity and discovery, and leverage NPS feedback to enhance the client experience.
• Utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions and follow-up; support store hospitality and styling initiatives.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client‑facing roles (e.g., hospitality) with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver consultative selling to drive repeat business.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
