• Sell diverse home styles in master-planned community

• Manage customer relationships until sale completion

• Nurture online leads using Salesforce effectively

• Maintain accuracy in MLS listings and sales documentation

• Collaborate on sales goals with the sales team

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of sales experience in real estate

• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

• Solid understanding of real estate processes

• Ability to travel independently to sites

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
