You will oversee business development efforts across two flagship hotels: the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport and Sheraton Cavalier Calgary. This senior leadership role emphasizes sales strategy execution, team development, and achieving revenue goals. With a focus on both short-term and long-term sales strategies, you’ll harness market insights and trends to ensure growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and execute comprehensive sales strategies across both properties
• Coach and support sales and catering teams for optimal performance
• Conduct sales meetings and client events to enhance outreach
• Identify opportunities for expanding market share and improving RevPAR
• Execute hotel marketing strategies on Hilton and Marriott platforms
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in sales, 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales cycles and market analytics
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
