Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Calgary, AB. As a Sales Associate with Morrison Homes, you will support the Area Manager in the day-to-day operations of the show home and assist clients throughout the home-buying process.

The role includes greeting and qualifying prospective buyers, conducting show home tours, following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, assisting with sales documentation, and supporting clients from their initial inquiry through to purchase. You will also work closely with the sales team, internal departments, realtors, and clients to ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

This position is well suited for someone who is motivated, personable, organized, and interested in growing within new home sales.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and support the sales process.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting home features, community information, and available options to clients.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow up, appointments, paperwork, and multiple client inquiries at once.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, realtors, team members, and internal departments.
  • Market Knowledge: An understanding of the Calgary residential housing market is considered an asset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills is beneficial.
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in sales, real estate, customer service, or new home construction is preferred. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Personal Attributes: Professional, proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a high level of service. A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
