This position focuses on maintaining and expanding ROCKWOOL’s influence as an insulation supplier in southern Alberta, southern Saskatchewan, and eastern Kootenays, with 50% travel required. You will coordinate with various stakeholders including distributors and contractors to conduct training sessions and follow through on strategic account planning, ensuring sales volume and revenue goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with essential customers and stakeholders
• Analyze local markets for growth opportunities
• Execute product knowledge sessions to enhance sales
• Lead project tracking with the Specification Manager
• Provide detailed sales forecasts and analytics
Requirements:
• 3+ years of successful sales experience in building materials
• Strong knowledge of construction and insulation
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
